We have a 0-day return policy, which means no days after receiving your item to request a return. ALL SALES ARE FINAL!
To be non-eligible for a return for refund but store credit your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unopened or unused, and with it’s original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and If you have any damage items, Please contact us immediately within 24 hours to be replace the item defective or damaged and if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate/ correct the issue.Non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like such as ADHESIVES, LASHES TRAYS, EYEPATCHES, PRIMERS & BONDERS custom products.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
